Villa La Maison Sur Le Port

Experience luxury living in the heart of Gustavia with Villa La Maison Sur Le Port - also known as EST! This newly-renovated 4-bedroom villa (with an additional 5th bedroom available upon request) is within a short walk of the beach, restaurants and shopping. The villa is built on two levels and decorated with soft-colored fabrics, creating a serene atmosphere.

Main Living Area

On the main level is a large air-conditioned living area, furnished with pale blue sofas that face the pool and terrace. The living area opens to an indoor dining area with a large wooden table that seats 10, and a gourmet kitchen with a large dark granite counter and flat-screen TV.

Bedrooms

The elegant master bedroom with a king-size bed and ensuite bathroom with bathtub and shower is located on the main level and opens onto the pool and terrace. On the upper level are four bedrooms; two of these have ensuite bathrooms and king-size beds, while the third bedroom has twin beds that can be pushed together to make a king. The fourth, smaller bedroom is perfect for staff or children and is available upon request - this bedroom has a single bed and shares a bathroom with the twin-bedded room.

Outdoor Area

A terrace with loungers surrounds the pool and there is a gazebo with an outside dining table and gas barbecue. The house also has air-conditioning in the bedrooms, WiFi and Internet access, and U.S. satellite TV.

Services

Villa EST comes with house cleaning services six days a week, except on holidays. During the December holidays, the villa rents at the full occupancy rate regardless of how many bedrooms are used. This villa is also suitable for young children.
